How the cycle works (from Oct 2026 on): Weeks 1-3 (Onboard, Nurture, Campaign Ramp) are always the calendar 1st-7th, 8th-14th and 15th-21st — they never move. The ★ Launch Day marker inside Week 1 can land a few days in rather than right on the 1st, since Dan needs a few business days (excluding Sundays) after cart closes to review whoever applied on the last day — those first few days of Week 1 are still open/editable, just ahead of the actual onboarding push. Week 4 (Cart Open → Close) always runs the full stretch from the 22nd through the last calendar day of the month — the ⛔ Doors Close marker inside it is editable and defaults to the last day, but moving it earlier doesn't shrink the week; the days after it are still open, colored Week 4 days (wrap-up, rebuild work) rather than a dead zone. Week 4 also covers the campaign push, cart close, and rebuilding the offer doc, Vault page, workshop and application form for next month's theme. Launch Day, the paid workshop date, and Doors Close are all set by hand, not a fixed formula — click the ⚙ on any month from October on to set or change them; everyone sees the update live. September ran under the old 28-day system (kickoff Sep 8) as a one-off shorter transition month capped at Sep 30, and wasn't reshuffled to fit this.
